Refunds are processed by our payment reseller Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within a few business days.
You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time in the app's settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period and then switches to the free tier. Cancelling during the 14-day trial does not trigger any charge.
This guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including remedies for defective goods or services.
